Our work continues on the themes of lightness, invention, and ideography. Our ideal alphabet expands with new letters and tells new stories of light. Each creation is a meeting point between poetry and industry, between functionality and aesthetics. The aesthetic of Davide Groppi applied to light, over four decades, has become recognizable, giving rise to a unique collection. Davide Groppi’s journey, which began in 1988, is told in the retrospective exhibition "Davide Groppi. Un'ora di luce" , presented by Volumnia and curated by Marco Sammicheli . Through lamps, luminous constructions, and scenographic intuitions, the exhibition gives depth to darkness and substance to light. The exhibition will take place from March 26 to May 26 (10:00–13:00 / 15:00–18:00) at Volumnia (Stradone Farnese 33 - Piacenza).
