These Terms govern your use of milandesignweek.org and related subdomains (the "Service"), operated by Umzikim Inc. (Republic of Korea, Business Registration 119-86-48239). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service Is

The Service is a free, community-built planner for public events associated with Milan Design Week (including but not limited to Fuorisalone, Salone del Mobile, Alcova, 5VIE, Isola, Brera Design District, Tortona, and Dropcity). Event data is aggregated from publicly available sources. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Fuorisalone.it (Studiolabo S.r.l.), Salone del Mobile.Milano, or any individual event organizer. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Accounts

An account is optional. Browsing and filtering events works without one.
To save your plan, join teams, or post reviews you sign in via an email magic link. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure.
One person, one account. Do not share your sign-in link.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or harassing content.
Upload photos of other people without their permission.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Scrape, copy, or republish event data at scale without our written permission.
Probe, attack, or overload the Service.
Use the Service for commercial spam, bulk messaging, or SEO manipulation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice. We may also remove content we believe violates these Terms.

4. Your Content

You keep ownership of content you create — reviews, notes, photos, team descriptions. By posting content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to the audience you select (private, connections only, or public). This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for what you post. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

5. Teams and Public Sharing

Team invite codes let anyone with the code join a team and see the owner's plan.
Public wishlist URLs (/w/<token>) expose your liked events to anyone with the link. You can revoke the link at any time from the Planner.
iCal subscription URLs expose your planned events as a calendar feed. Treat them as secrets.
Choose visibility carefully — once you share content publicly, others may copy or cache it.

6. Event Information — No Warranty

Event times, addresses, access rules (free / invite / pre-registration), and availability are aggregated from third-party sources and may be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify with the official event page before traveling. We are not liable for missed, cancelled, or misrepresented events. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service links to and integrates with third-party services (event pages, maps, calendars, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third parties is governed by their own terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. You agree to its terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Umzikim Inc. and its representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost time, missed events, or inaccurate information. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed EUR 50 or the fees you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including consumer rights in the EU and the Republic of Korea).

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Planner.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.
Sections that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, law) survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless local consumer law requires otherwise. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service and, where applicable, by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

I presenti Termini regolano l'uso di milandesignweek.org e dei sottodomini correlati (il "Servizio"), gestito da Umzikim Inc. (Repubblica di Corea, registrazione aziendale 119-86-48239). Utilizzando il Servizio accetti i presenti Termini.

1. Cos'è il Servizio

Il Servizio è un pianificatore gratuito e costruito dalla community per eventi pubblici associati alla Milano Design Week (Fuorisalone, Salone del Mobile, Alcova, 5VIE, Isola, Brera Design District, Tortona, Dropcity e altri). I dati sugli eventi sono aggregati da fonti pubbliche. Non siamo affiliati né ufficialmente collegati a Fuorisalone.it (Studiolabo S.r.l.), Salone del Mobile.Milano o ad alcun organizzatore. I marchi appartengono ai rispettivi proprietari.

2. Account

L'account è facoltativo. Navigazione e filtri funzionano senza.
Per salvare il piano, unirti a team o pubblicare recensioni accedi tramite magic link via email. Sei responsabile della sicurezza della tua casella email.
Un account per persona. Non condividere il link di accesso.
Devi avere almeno 16 anni.

3. Uso Consentito

Ti impegni a non:

Caricare contenuti illeciti, lesivi, diffamatori, sessualmente espliciti o molesti.
Caricare foto di altre persone senza il loro consenso.
Impersonare altri.
Effettuare scraping massivo dei dati eventi senza il nostro permesso scritto.
Attaccare o sovraccaricare il Servizio.
Usare il Servizio per spam o SEO manipolativa.

Possiamo sospendere o chiudere gli account che violano queste regole, con o senza preavviso.

4. I Tuoi Contenuti

Resti proprietario dei contenuti che crei. Pubblicando concedi a noi una licenza mondiale, non esclusiva e gratuita per ospitare, visualizzare e distribuire quel contenuto esclusivamente al pubblico che scegli. La licenza termina con la cancellazione del contenuto o dell'account.

5. Team e Condivisione Pubblica

I codici invito del team permettono l'accesso al piano del proprietario.
Le URL wishlist pubbliche espongono gli eventi piaciuti a chiunque abbia il link. Puoi revocare in qualsiasi momento.
Le URL iCal espongono il tuo piano come feed calendario. Trattale come segreti.

6. Informazioni Eventi — Nessuna Garanzia

Orari, indirizzi, regole di accesso e disponibilità sono aggregati da fonti terze e possono essere inesatti o obsoleti. Verifica sempre sulla pagina ufficiale prima di partire. Non siamo responsabili per eventi mancati, annullati o descritti in modo errato. Il Servizio è fornito "COSÌ COM'È".

7. Disponibilità

Puntiamo all'alta disponibilità ma non garantiamo continuità. Possiamo modificare o interrompere funzionalità.

8. Servizi di Terzi

Il Servizio collega a servizi di terzi (pagine eventi, mappe, calendari). Non siamo responsabili per contenuti o pratiche di terzi.

La nostra Informativa Privacy descrive il trattamento dei dati personali.

Nella misura consentita dalla legge, Umzikim Inc. non sarà responsabile per danni indiretti, incidentali, consequenziali o punitivi derivanti dall'uso del Servizio. La responsabilità totale non supererà EUR 50 o le somme pagate negli ultimi 12 mesi, se maggiori. Restano fermi i diritti inderogabili dei consumatori in UE e Corea.

12. Cessazione

Puoi cancellare il tuo account in qualsiasi momento dal Planner. Possiamo sospendere l'accesso per violazioni.

13. Legge Applicabile

I presenti Termini sono regolati dal diritto della Repubblica di Corea. Restano ferme le tutele inderogabili dei consumatori nel Paese di residenza. I consumatori UE possono utilizzare la piattaforma ODR europea.

14. Modifiche

Possiamo aggiornare i Termini. Modifiche sostanziali saranno annunciate.

본 약관은 Umzikim Inc.(대한민국, 사업자등록 119-86-48239)가 운영하는 milandesignweek.org 및 관련 하위도메인("서비스")의 이용에 적용됩니다. 서비스 이용 시 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

1. 서비스 소개

본 서비스는 밀라노 디자인위크 관련 공개 이벤트(Fuorisalone, Salone del Mobile, Alcova, 5VIE, Isola, Brera, Tortona, Dropcity 등)를 위한 무료 커뮤니티 플래너입니다. 이벤트 정보는 공개된 자료에서 집계됩니다. 공식 주최 측과 제휴 관계가 없습니다. 상표는 각 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.

2. 계정

계정은 선택 사항 — 탐색·필터는 계정 없이 사용 가능.
플랜 저장·팀 가입·리뷰 작성 시 이메일 매직링크로 로그인. 이메일 계정 보안은 이용자 책임.
1인 1계정. 로그인 링크를 타인과 공유하지 마십시오.
만 16세 이상만 가입 가능.

3. 이용 제한

불법·침해·명예훼손·음란·괴롭힘 콘텐츠 업로드 금지
동의 없는 타인 사진 업로드 금지
타인 사칭 금지
대량 스크래핑·무단 재배포 금지
공격·과부하 행위 금지
스팸·SEO 조작 목적 이용 금지

위반 시 사전 통지 없이 계정 정지·해지 가능.

4. 이용자 콘텐츠

리뷰·메모·사진·팀 설명 등 이용자가 생성한 콘텐츠의 소유권은 이용자에게 있습니다. 게시함으로써 이용자가 선택한 공개 범위 내에서 호스팅·표시·배포할 수 있는 전 세계·비독점·무상 라이선스를 당사에 부여합니다. 이 라이선스는 해당 콘텐츠 또는 계정 삭제 시 종료됩니다.

5. 팀 및 공개 공유

팀 초대 코드 보유자는 소유자 플랜을 조회 가능.
공개 위시리스트 URL (/w/<token>)은 링크 보유자에게 좋아요 이벤트를 노출. 언제든 취소 가능.
iCal URL은 플랜을 캘린더로 노출. 비밀 취급 요망.

6. 이벤트 정보 — 정확성 보증 불가

시간·주소·입장 방식·개최 여부는 제3자 자료 집계이며 부정확하거나 구식일 수 있습니다. 방문 전 공식 페이지에서 반드시 확인하십시오. 놓친·취소된·잘못 표기된 이벤트에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다.

7. 서비스 가용성

고가용성을 지향하나 무중단을 보장하지 않습니다. 기능을 변경·중단할 수 있습니다.

8. 제3자 서비스

이벤트 페이지·지도·캘린더 등 제3자 서비스에 연결·연동. 제3자 콘텐츠·실무에 책임지지 않습니다.

개인정보 처리는 개인정보 처리방침에 따릅니다.

관련 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 Umzikim Inc.은 서비스 이용으로 인한 간접·부수·결과·징벌적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 총 책임 한도는 EUR 50 또는 최근 12개월 납부액 중 큰 금액. EU·한국 소비자보호법상 면제 불가 책임은 배제되지 않습니다.

12. 해지

플래너에서 언제든 계정 삭제 가능. 당사는 약관 위반 시 접근을 정지할 수 있습니다.

13. 준거법 및 분쟁

본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따릅니다. 거주국의 강행 소비자보호법은 그대로 적용됩니다. 분쟁은 서울중앙지방법원을 1심 관할로 합니다. EU 소비자는 EU ODR 플랫폼을 이용할 수 있습니다.

14. 변경

약관 업데이트 시 서비스 내 공지. 변경 후 계속 이용 시 동의한 것으로 간주.
