La salle de bain

For this project, I imagined an installation set within the space of the bathroom. It brings together ceramic pieces of different scales that evoke the gestures and objects of the bathing ritual. Very small sculptures are wrapped in an edible paste, inviting a gesture of discovery. Others take the form of sculptural furniture, like reimagined medicine cabinets, fitted with drawers concealing small presences. Luminous totems with flowing wool threads suggest the movement of water. Together, they compose an oneiric and playful scene where domestic uses transform into a sensitive landscape.
