Brick by Brick
via Alcova
This collection pays ode to architecture’s most fundamental element—the brick. Formed from earth, hardened by fire, and assembled by hand, a brick carries the memory of labour, climate, and place. In this collection, House of Knots and Sanchit Arora reinterpret the logic of masonry through woven form, translating structure into surface. Geometric grids, stepped edges, and layered textures echo the rhythm of brick construction, while a palette of clay, ochre, and terracotta reflects the chromatic life of Indian masonry. These carpets become soft architectural fragments—objects that build space, atmosphere, and narrative, one surface at a time.
