Architectural Fragments
via Alcova
Architectural Fragments presents a series of marble objects conceived as both functional pieces and autonomous sculptures for interior and exterior environments. Carved from solid Thassos marble and paired with precise metal supports, the works translate architectural principles such as proportion, weight, and structural balance into a family of elemental forms. Each piece operates as a fragment of a larger spatial language, where mass and support are reduced to their essential relationship. Situated between furniture and architecture, the objects can be used, inhabited, or simply encountered. At Alcova, the series introduces a quiet architectural order in which stone, structure, and gravity become the primary agents shaping space.
